How you get tickets

You get 1 ticket for every $10 you buy in the presale, counted across all your purchases. For example, $25 gives you 2 tickets. Buying more gives you more chances.

After the presale closes successfully. The tickets are frozen first, so nothing you do after that changes the result. Each wallet can win once.

How the draw stays fair

The winners come from a Solana block that does not exist yet when the tickets are frozen, so nobody, including us, can pick or predict them. Everything is published so you can check it yourself.

What is $BIG?

$BIG is the Big One token on Solana, with a total supply of 10 billion. The presale offers 34% of the supply, 3.4 billion $BIG, 14% is set aside for the airdrop, referrals and community rewards, and 6% (600 million $BIG) goes to an early private round at $0.000035 with vesting (25% at launch, the rest over 6 months). Is the presale live?

Yes. The $BIG presale is open now on the presale page, where you can check the price, the hard cap and your allocation before you connect anything.

When will $BIG launch and be tradable?

As soon as the presale concludes, we will list $BIG on a decentralized exchange within one to two weeks. The presale concludes when the hard cap is reached or when the presale countdown on the round $BIG button reaches zero, whichever comes first, so that countdown is the latest target date. If the presale completes sooner, we list sooner.

How do I join the presale?

Open the presale page on this site, connect a Solana wallet, sign in, and buy with SOL. Your $BIG arrives in your wallet in the same transaction.

We will never DM you first, ask for your seed phrase or private key, or ask you to send funds to a personal address.

What is the price, and how much can I buy?

The presale price is $0.00014 per $BIG, with a hard cap of $476,000. Our target launch price is $0.0002, which equals a $2 million FDV (fully diluted valuation). You can buy from $10 up to $5,000 per wallet. Presale purchases are final and cannot be refunded, because your $BIG arrives in your wallet in the same transaction.

What is the 1,000,000 $BIG prize draw?

Presale buyers who buy $10 or more get draw tickets, one for every $10 bought across all their purchases. When the presale closes successfully, 10 winners are drawn in public and each wins 1,000,000 $BIG.

The tickets are frozen first and the winners come from a Solana block that does not exist yet at that moment, so the result cannot be picked or changed. The ticket list and seed are published on the presale page so anyone can check the draw.

What are holding rewards?

Holding rewards are a way to thank the people who stay. $BIG you buy in the presale earns rewards while it stays in your wallet, and you can collect them from your profile at any time for the small network fee. Collect once your rewards reach 5,000 $BIG. $BIG from the airdrop or from referrals (including the referral bonus) does not earn holding rewards.

Rewards are checked against your wallet balance, so $BIG that leaves your wallet stops earning.

When does the $BIG airdrop open?

The $BIG airdrop opens after the presale completes. It is not open right now, and the airdrop page is online but blurred until it opens. We will announce the date on X and in the Telegram channel, so follow along to hear first.

Never share a seed phrase or private key with anyone, including us, and be careful with anyone who offers you an airdrop claim in a DM.

What is the $BIG Ambassador Program?

It is a program for creators, community builders and early believers who want to help Big One grow. Applications are open on the ambassador page: you send a short form and we review every application by hand.

Approved ambassadors earn the 5% SOL presale commission like everyone with an invite link, plus 2,000 to 5,000 $BIG (by follower size) for every friend who buys in the presale through their link (others earn 1,000 $BIG). They can also add links to their posts: each approved post pays 2,000 to 20,000 $BIG by follower size, added hour by hour over 30 days. Rewards are not guaranteed and can change.

How do referrals work?

Every account has one invite link, on your profile. You do not need to have bought anything yourself to use it.

When someone you invite buys in the presale, you earn 5% of their purchase in SOL (it can be a different rate for specific accounts). It costs them nothing extra, and they get a 2% $BIG bonus on their purchase in the same transaction. Rewards are added once their purchase is confirmed on Solana, and you can collect them from your profile once they reach $5. On top of the SOL, you also earn 1,000 $BIG for every friend who buys (their first purchase must be $10 or more, the presale minimum), collected from $BIG Rewards on your profile. Referral rewards for the airdrop come with the airdrop.

What is SOL Bound?

SOL Bound is a soulbound badge for the early members of the Big One community who claimed the airdrop. It appears in your wallet and your profile, and it can never be transferred or sold.

What can I launch on Big One?

The launchpad is built for big ideas, concepts and projects, not only memecoins. Creators get bonding-curve launches, locks and vesting options, and a public Rug Shield score from day one. It arrives after the platform launch, as shown in the roadmap.

Which networks and wallets are supported?

$BIG is on Solana, and you can sign in with Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, Coinbase Wallet, Trust Wallet and other Solana wallets. Support for EVM wallets is part of the platform plan.

Is the platform live?

Not yet. The platform opens after the presale and the $BIG launch. The roadmap shows the order.

What is Rug Shield?

An automated 0 to 100 safety score for each token, based on locked liquidity, mint authority, holder concentration, liquidity depth and age. It lowers risk, but it never removes it.

Has Big One been audited?

Audit details will be published here when they exist. We will not claim an audit we do not have.

Can I lose money?

Yes, potentially all of it. Tokens and presales are highly volatile and risky. Nothing on this site is financial advice, and nothing is guaranteed. Only put in what you can afford to lose.

Who can take part?

Availability depends on the laws where you live. Any restricted regions will be listed in the presale terms, and you are responsible for following your local rules.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Big One ("Big One", "we", "us") about your use of bigone.fun and everything on it (the "Site"). Please read them before you connect a wallet, claim the airdrop or buy in the presale. They apply together with our Privacy Policy, our Refund terms and our Risk disclosure, which are linked in the footer of every page.

The short version
  • Big One is a social trading and launch platform on Solana. Today the Site offers Explore and Rug Shield, Big Fans (beta), swaps through Jupiter, the $BIG presale, holding rewards, referrals, the ambassador program, the SOL Bound badge and the presale prize draw. The $BIG airdrop opens after the presale completes.
  • You use your own wallet. We never hold your funds, and we never ask for your seed phrase or private key.
  • Crypto assets are risky. You can lose everything you put in, and nothing on the Site is a promise of a price, a listing, a reward or a date.
  • Presale purchases, claim fees and network fees are final. See the Refund terms.
  • You must be at least 18 and allowed to take part where you live.
The numbered sections below are the full text and are what applies.

1. Agreement and acceptance.

By visiting the Site, signing in with your wallet, claiming the airdrop, buying in the presale, collecting rewards, using a referral link, applying to the ambassador program or using any other part of the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site for a company or another person, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. What Big One is, and what it is not.

Big One is building a community-rewarding social trading and launch platform on Solana. Parts of it are live in beta: Explore and Rug Shield scores, Big Fans (profiles, posts, the live trade feed and leaderboards) and swaps routed through Jupiter from your own wallet. Beta features can change, pause or stop at any time. The other features we describe, such as copy trading, auto-sell rules and the launchpad, are plans. We have no obligation to build them, to build them in a particular order, or to release them by a particular date, and we may change or drop them.

  • Today the Site offers: Explore and Rug Shield, Big Fans (beta), swaps through Jupiter, information about Big One and $BIG, the $BIG presale and prize draw, holding rewards, referrals, the ambassador program and the SOL Bound badge.
  • Big One is not a bank, an exchange, a broker, a custodian, a fund or an investment adviser. We do not hold or control your assets. Your $BIG and your SOL are in your own wallet.
  • Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell securities or a solicitation to buy them in any place where that would be unlawful.

3. Who can use the Site.

To use any part of the Site that involves a wallet, a payment, a claim or a reward, you confirm each time that all of the following are true:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and you can enter into a binding agreement.
  • You are legally allowed to receive an airdrop, buy a token in a presale and receive rewards where you live. You are responsible for knowing your local law, including whether a token may be treated as a security, a commodity or a regulated asset in your country.
  • You are not on, and are not owned or controlled by anyone on, a sanctions or restricted-party list of the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States or any other authority that applies to you, and you are not located in or ordinarily resident in a country or territory under comprehensive sanctions.
  • You are not using a VPN, proxy or other tool to hide where you are in order to get around a restriction.
  • You use one wallet account for yourself. You are not acting for someone who could not meet these conditions.

4. Restricted regions and blocking.

We may restrict or refuse access to all or part of the Site for people in certain countries or regions, and we may publish a list of restricted regions on this Site or on our official channels. We may also limit, pause or block any wallet or visitor at any time, for any reason that we think is reasonable, including a legal or regulatory reason, a suspected breach of these Terms, or a security concern. Blocking a wallet does not undo a transaction that already happened on the blockchain.

5. Your wallet and signing in.

Your Solana wallet is your Big One account. To sign in you connect your wallet and sign a short message. Signing the message does not send a transaction and does not give us access to your funds. After you sign in, a secure cookie keeps you signed in on that browser for up to 7 days.

  • You alone control your wallet, your seed phrase and your private keys. We will never ask for them. Anyone who does is not us.
  • We cannot recover your wallet, your funds or your account if you lose access, and we cannot reverse a transaction you approved.
  • You are responsible for everything that is done with your wallet, including transactions you approve by mistake, on a compromised device or on a fake site. Always check the web address and read what your wallet shows before you approve.
  • You are responsible for the safety of your device, browser and wallet software.

6. Risk.

Digital assets are highly volatile and speculative. You can lose all of the money you put in. By using the Site you accept these risks, among others:

  • The price of $BIG can fall to zero. The presale price, the launch price target and the target valuation are goals, not promises or predictions.
  • We do not promise that $BIG will be listed, that it will be listed by a certain date, that a market or liquidity will exist, or that you will be able to sell.
  • Holding rewards, referral rewards, ambassador rewards, prizes and badges are not guaranteed, may be changed or ended, and have no promised value.
  • The Solana network, wallets, price providers, RPC providers, hosting services and other third parties can fail, be congested, be attacked or change their rules. Transactions can fail or be delayed.
  • Laws and regulations about digital assets differ between countries and can change quickly, which can affect the Site or your ability to use it.
  • Software, including ours, can contain errors or be attacked. We do not claim that Big One has been audited unless and until we publish an audit.

7. The $BIG token.

$BIG is a token on Solana with a total supply of 10,000,000,000. The allocation of the supply, the presale terms and the vesting schedule are published in the Tokenomics section of the Site, and we intend to follow them. Holding $BIG does not give you ownership of, a share in, or a claim on Big One, its revenue, its assets or its decisions. $BIG is not a deposit, a loan, a stock or a promise of any return. Any use or benefit of $BIG that we describe is a plan and not a guarantee.

8. The $BIG presale.

You can buy $BIG in the presale on the presale page. The following applies to every purchase:

  • The price is shown in US dollars and paid in SOL. The SOL amount is worked out at the live SOL price from our price providers, and it is locked into your order for a few minutes when you start the purchase. If every price source is unavailable we may use a backup price, or we may not allow the purchase until a price is available.
  • Each purchase is one transaction. In that transaction your SOL goes to the presale wallet and the $BIG is sent to your wallet, so both happen or neither does. The $BIG is delivered straight away and is fully unlocked. There is no vesting on presale purchases.
  • A minimum ($10) and a maximum ($5,000) amount per wallet, the hard cap and the total presale allocation apply. They are shown on the presale page. We can decline a purchase if the presale is sold out, closed, paused or does not have enough left for your amount.
  • The presale concludes when the hard cap is reached or when the presale countdown shown on the round $BIG button on the Site reaches zero, whichever comes first. We may also pause or close the presale earlier, for example for technical, legal or security reasons.
  • You pay the network fee, and a one-time deposit for your $BIG token account if your wallet does not have one yet. The presale wallet and our other wallets are published on the presale page. We never ask you to send funds anywhere else.
  • If you were invited with a referral link, the person who invited you earns a referral reward in SOL, paid by us from our own funds after your purchase is confirmed on the blockchain. Your total cost does not change. You also receive a bonus of 2% of the $BIG you buy, delivered in the same transaction, from a limited pool that can run out. Purchases made without a referral link receive no bonus. The bonus does not earn holding rewards.
  • Before your first purchase you are asked to confirm that you understand that presale purchases are final. We store that confirmation together with your wallet address and the time. See the Refund terms.

9. The presale prize draw.

Buyers in the presale can win prizes in a public draw. The draw works like this:

  • You get 1 ticket for every full $10 of confirmed presale purchases made with your wallet, counted across all your purchases. For example, $25 gives you 2 tickets. Purchases that are not confirmed on the blockchain do not count.
  • After the presale has closed successfully, 10 winners are drawn and each wins 1,000,000 $BIG. We decide in good faith whether the presale has closed successfully. A wallet can win only once.
  • First the tickets are frozen into a list that is published together with its SHA-256 fingerprint. Then the winners are worked out from the hash of a Solana block that did not yet exist when the tickets were frozen, using the method described on the presale page. Anyone can recompute the result from the published data.
  • The draw can only run once and its result is final. Winners collect their prize from the presale page and pay only the network fee.
  • We may disqualify a wallet that breaks these Terms, for example by using several accounts, and tickets of a disqualified wallet are void. In that case we may give its prize to the next wallet in the published draw order, or withdraw it.
  • You are responsible for making sure that you may take part in a prize draw where you live. The draw is void where it is prohibited.

10. The $BIG airdrop.

The airdrop opens after the presale completes and is not open right now. When it opens, eligible wallets can claim it on the airdrop page. The following is planned and may change before then:

  • The airdrop amount shown on the airdrop page is currently 120,000 $BIG per claim. The airdrop is limited to the first 6,666 claims, with one claim per wallet and per X username. When the pool is fully claimed, the airdrop is over.
  • To claim you complete a few community steps: follow Big One on X, like and comment on the claim post, repost it, join the Telegram chat and subscribe to the Telegram channel. These steps are on the honor system. We do not check them automatically, and we may check them by hand and exclude any claim that looks automated, duplicated, fake or abusive.
  • Claiming needs one transaction approved in your wallet. You pay a claim fee of about $2, paid in SOL at the live SOL price, plus the network fee and the one-time deposit for your $BIG token account. The exact amounts are shown before you approve. The claim fee goes to our treasury wallet. It protects the airdrop from bots and helps cover running costs.
  • If you were invited with a referral link, a referral bonus is added to your claim, and the person who invited you receives their reward inside the same transaction, as described in the Referrals section below.
  • We may change the amount, the fee or the limits, and we may pause or end the airdrop at any time. A claim that is already confirmed on the blockchain is not undone because of that.

11. Holding rewards.

Holding rewards are for presale buyers. Every $BIG that you buy in the presale is recorded as a separate holding. While you keep that $BIG in your wallet, the holding earns more $BIG over time. $BIG that you receive from the airdrop, as a referral reward or as a referral bonus does not earn holding rewards. Rewards can be collected once they reach 5,000 $BIG.

  • We set the rate and the length of the reward period, we may change them, and your profile shows what you have earned and what is ready to collect. They are not interest, a deposit, a loan or a promise of a return.
  • Rewards are worked out in our own records. They depend on the $BIG balance of your wallet, which we read from the blockchain when you open your profile, when you collect, when you claim and in a daily automatic check. If your balance is lower than your recorded holdings, the newest holdings are reduced first, and the part that left your wallet stops earning. What it already earned stays with you.
  • Your $BIG is not staked, locked or lent to us. It stays in your wallet and you can move it at any time, but the part you move stops earning.
  • You collect your rewards from your profile. They are paid in $BIG from our distribution wallet in a transaction that you approve, and you pay the network fee. Holding rewards and any ambassador rewards are paid together in one collection. A minimum amount may apply to a collection.
  • We may change, pause or end holding rewards for the future at any time. We may withhold or reverse rewards that were not earned under these Terms, for example because of abuse or a technical error.

12. Referrals.

Every account has one referral link, which looks like bigone.fun/?ref=YOURCODE. It works on every page, and you do not need to have bought anything yourself to use it.

  • When someone opens your link, their browser remembers your code for 30 days. The first time that person signs in, you become their inviter for good. It cannot be changed afterwards.
  • Airdrop: when someone you invited claims the airdrop, you receive a referral reward of 1,000 $BIG and they receive a referral bonus of 1,000 $BIG. Both are sent inside the invited person's claim transaction, so the invited person pays the network cost and we do not. A limit on the number of rewards per inviter applies.
  • Presale: when someone you invited buys in the presale, you earn a referral reward in SOL, a percentage of their confirmed purchase (5% by default, and we may set a different rate for specific accounts). On top of the SOL, you also receive a referral reward in $BIG for each invited person whose first confirmed presale purchase is at least the minimum shown on the site (1,000 $BIG for everyone; approved ambassadors receive 2,000 to 5,000 $BIG depending on their follower range). The SOL reward is counted only after the purchase is confirmed on the blockchain, it costs the buyer nothing extra, and you collect it from your profile once you have earned at least $5. Rewards are paid from our distributor wallet. We may void rewards that come from abuse, such as self-referrals.
  • Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, paying or tricking people into using your link, misleading promotion, and any other abuse are not allowed and can void your rewards.
  • Trade referrals: when someone you invited swaps on Big One, you earn a share of the Big One fee we keep from that swap, in SOL. Creator rebates: when someone trades from your post about a token, using the Trade button on that post, you earn a share of the Big One fee we keep from that trade, in SOL, up to a daily limit. Your own trades never earn you a referral or a rebate. These amounts show in Rewards on your profile and are claimable when we open payouts, above a minimum amount. The current shares and limits are shown in the docs.
  • We may change or end referral rewards for the future at any time.

13. Ambassador program.

The ambassador program is open for applications. Anyone can apply on the ambassador page. We may pause or close applications at any time. The program works like this:

  • Application and review. You apply with your wallet, your X username, an optional Telegram username, your follower range and a short message. We review every application and every piece of content by hand. We decide at our sole discretion to approve, reject, put on hold or remove an ambassador, and to approve or reject any content.
  • Rewards. Approved ambassadors currently earn 2,000 to 5,000 $BIG (by follower range) for every invited person who buys in the presale, in addition to the presale commission in SOL described in the Referrals section, and 2,000 to 20,000 $BIG (by follower range) for every post we approve, credited hour by hour over 30 days. We may change, add, pause or end any ambassador reward for the future.
  • Status. While an ambassador is on hold, earning and collecting are paused. If an ambassador is removed, earning stops and what was already earned stays collectible. Posts that break the rules can be rejected, and their rewards withheld or reversed.
  • Independent creators. Ambassadors are independent creators. They are not employees, agents, partners or representatives of Big One and cannot speak or bind us. You are responsible for the law and the platform rules that apply to you, including any rule that requires you to say that your content is promotional or paid.
  • Content rules. Any content you publish about Big One must be original and honest. It must not promise profits or prices, must not copy someone else, must not use bots or fake engagement, and must not be unlawful, hateful, harassing or misleading.
  • Your content. You keep the ownership of your content. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to show, quote, link to and repost your public content about Big One on our channels and the Site.

14. SOL Bound.

SOL Bound is a non-transferable (soulbound) badge that may be issued to wallets that claim the airdrop. It is a keepsake of being an early member of the community. It is minted to your wallet by us after your claim, and we pay for the minting. It cannot be moved or sold, it has no promised value, use or access, it may not show in every wallet, and we may change it or stop issuing it.

15. Fees, prices and taxes.

You pay the network fees and any other costs of your own transactions. Amounts in US dollars are converted to SOL at the live price from our price providers. You are responsible for working out, reporting and paying any taxes that apply to what you receive, buy, earn or sell. We do not give tax advice and we do not report to tax authorities for you.

  • Swaps. Swaps are routed by Jupiter and signed in your own wallet; we never hold your funds. We add a Big One fee to each swap, collected by Jupiter in the same transaction (Jupiter keeps part of it). The rate depends on the token (major, mid, or new and volatile) and the size of the trade, and it is shown on the swap screen, in percent and in dollars, before you sign. We may change the rates for future swaps.
  • Swap rewards. A share of the Big One fee we keep from your swap may be given back to you as $BIG ("swap rewards"). It is recorded only for swaps that we read back from the blockchain, shows in Rewards on your profile and is claimable when we open claims. Swap rewards have no promised value, are not interest or a return, and may be changed, paused or ended for the future. We may withhold or reverse swap rewards that come from abuse, such as wash trading.
  • Trade cards. When you post a trade, the card shows numbers read from your real swaps through Big One. They describe the past, are not advice, and may differ from your full position if you also trade elsewhere.

16. Acceptable use.

You agree not to do any of the following, and we may act on it as described in section 17:

  • Use bots, scripts or automation to claim, buy, refer, apply or submit content, or create or use several accounts to take extra rewards.
  • Hide your location, your identity or your wallet ownership to get around a rule or a restriction.
  • Exploit an error or a weakness, test the security of the Site without our written permission, overload the Site or interfere with it, its payments or other users.
  • Copy, scrape or rebuild the Site or its data in a way that harms it or its users.
  • Pretend to be Big One, a team member or another person, run fake giveaways, fake support or phishing in our name, or ask anyone for a seed phrase or private key.
  • Use the Site for anything unlawful, including fraud, money laundering or financing of crime.

17. Our right to act.

If we believe that you broke these Terms or the law, or that your use puts the Site or other people at risk, we may, without notice: block your wallet or your access; withhold, void or reverse rewards that were not earned; remove ambassador status or content; and tell authorities. We may also correct obvious errors on the Site, for example a wrong price, number or reward, and we may change, suspend or stop any part of the Site at any time.

18. Third-party services.

The Site works with services that we do not control, such as your wallet, the Solana network, RPC and hosting providers, price providers, X, Telegram, Google Fonts, Google Translate and block explorers. We are not responsible for them, for their availability, for their errors, or for what they do with your data. Their own terms and policies apply. Links to other sites are for your convenience and are not an endorsement.

19. Our content and brand.

The Site, its design, text, graphics, the Big One name, the logo and the mascot belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, revocable license to use the Site as intended. You may not use our name, logo or mascot in a way that suggests that you are Big One or that we endorse you, except where we have approved it, for example in approved ambassador content that credits Big One.

20. Not advice.

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy, hold or sell anything. Rug Shield scores and other tools, when they are available, are automated signals. They are not audits and not guarantees. Do your own research and speak to a qualified adviser before you decide.

21. No warranty.

The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we give no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate or free of errors, that any feature will be released, or that any token or reward will have value.

22. Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big One and the people who work on it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, savings, opportunity, data or goodwill, or for losses caused by the market, the blockchain, wallets or other third parties, arising from your use of the Site or your taking part in the airdrop, the presale, the prize draw, rewards, referrals or the ambassador program. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount that you paid to us through the Site for the thing that the claim is about, not counting network fees. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights that you have by law and cannot give up.

23. Your responsibility.

You will cover the losses, claims and reasonable costs that we suffer because you broke these Terms or the law, gave us false information, or posted content that harms others or breaks their rights.

24. Ending your use.

You can stop using the Site at any time. We can end or limit your access as described above. Things that happened on the blockchain stay there. The parts of these Terms that by their nature should continue, including the sections on risk, fees, taxes, no advice, no warranty, liability, your responsibility and disputes, continue after your use ends.

25. Changes to these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top shows when the current version started. For a major change we will post a notice on the Site or on our official channels. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms. A change does not alter a purchase or claim that you already completed.

26. Disputes.

If you have a problem, please contact us first through our official channels and describe it, with your wallet address and the transaction signature if there is one. We will try in good faith to solve it. To the extent that the law allows, disputes are handled one person at a time and not as a class or group action. Nothing here takes away the rights that you have as a consumer under the law of the place where you live and that cannot be waived.

27. General.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund terms and the Risk disclosure, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. If a part is found to be invalid, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right, that does not mean that we give it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms, and we may transfer ours. We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, such as a network outage, an attack, a change in law or a failure of a third party. The Site can be translated automatically into other languages for your convenience, and the English version is the one that counts if there is a difference. Headings are only for reading.

28. Contact.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Big One ("we", "us") collects when you use bigone.fun (the "Site"), why we collect it, who sees it and what choices you have. Big One decides how and why the data described here is used. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Site.

The short version
  • Your wallet address is your account. We do not ask for your name, your seed phrase or your private key, and we cannot move your funds.
  • Everything else is optional or comes from what you do on the Site: an email and Telegram username if you add them, your X username if you claim or apply, and your airdrop, presale, rewards, referral and ambassador records.
  • Wallet addresses and transactions on Solana are public and permanent. We cannot change or delete them.
  • We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We count page visits without cookies and without an ID that follows you.
The numbered sections below are the full text and are what applies.

1. What we collect.

We collect only what we need to run the Site. Depending on what you do, that can include:

  • Account: your wallet address, the time your account was created and the time you last signed in. When you sign in you sign a short message that contains a one-time code. We keep no private keys and no seed phrases.
  • Profile details you add yourself: an optional email address, your X username and an optional Telegram username.
  • Airdrop: the steps you completed and when, the X username you used, the status and amount of your claim, the transaction signature, the fee that was quoted to you and any referral details.
  • Presale: each order with its US dollar amount, SOL amount, the SOL price used, the number of $BIG, its status and transaction signature, the reference account of the transaction, who referred you, and your prize draw tickets and results.
  • Holding rewards: a record for each holding (source, amount, how much is still held, what was earned), the last $BIG balance we read for your wallet and when we read it, and your reward payouts.
  • Referrals: your referral code, who invited you, which wallets you invited, and the rewards that came from it.
  • Ambassador program: your application (X and Telegram usernames, follower range and your message), its status and any review note, the content links you submit, and your rewards.
  • SOL Bound: the record of your badge and its address on the blockchain.
  • Swaps and Big Fans: each swap you make through Big One (its transaction signature, tokens, amounts, the fee and any referral or creator it credits) and the swap rewards it earned; your Big Fans profile, posts, trade cards, follows, watchlist and reactions. Public on-chain trades of other wallets are kept for about 24 hours and price points for about 48 hours, then deleted.
  • Technical data: like most sites, our hosting provider and servers process your IP address, browser and device type, the pages and files requested and the time. We use this to deliver the Site, keep it secure and limit abuse. Our network proxy, which your wallet requests pass through, briefly keeps your IP address in memory to limit the number of requests per minute. The country that your connection comes from is read by our host once to choose a default language, and we do not store it.
  • Messages you send us on X or Telegram. Those platforms handle them under their own policies.

2. What we do not collect.

We do not ask for your name, your address, your date of birth or identity documents. We do not use advertising pixels or tracking cookies on the Site, and we do not build advertising profiles. We count visits to pages and the use of tools with PostHog without cookies, without an ID that stays on your device after you close the tab, without your wallet address and with IP addresses anonymized.

3. How and why we use your data.

We use your data for these purposes, and for each one we rely on the legal basis shown where the law requires one:

  • To run the Site and give you what you ask for: sign you in, check and process airdrop claims and presale purchases, run the prize draw, calculate and pay holding, referral and ambassador rewards, and issue SOL Bound (performance of our agreement with you).
  • To review ambassador applications and content (performance of our agreement with you).
  • To keep the Site and the community safe: prevent bots, duplicate accounts, fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms and keep records (our legitimate interest in a safe and fair Site).
  • To contact you about your account or a request, if you gave us an email or Telegram username or you wrote to us (performance of our agreement and our legitimate interest).
  • To follow the law, answer lawful requests from authorities and defend legal claims (legal obligation and legitimate interest).
  • Where the law requires your consent, for example for cookies that are not strictly necessary, we ask for it and you can withdraw it at any time.

4. Blockchain data is public.

Wallet addresses, balances and transactions on Solana are public and permanent, and anyone can see them, including on block explorers. We cannot change or delete what is recorded on the blockchain. Please keep this in mind before you connect a wallet that you want to keep anonymous.

5. What is shown publicly on the Site.

To keep things transparent, some information is public by design:

  • The presale page lists recent purchases with a shortened wallet address, the amount and the date, with a link to the transaction.
  • The prize draw publishes the full list of wallet addresses with their ticket counts, the draw seed and the winners, so that anyone can check the result.
  • The wallets that Big One uses (presale, treasury, liquidity, marketing, team and distribution) are published.

6. Who handles your data.

We use service providers only to operate the Site. They act for us and may process your data under their own terms:

  • Supabase: the hosted database where your records are stored. The database is only reached by our own servers, never directly by your browser.
  • Vercel: hosting for the Site and the scheduled daily check of holding rewards.
  • MongoDB Atlas and Cloudflare: MongoDB stores the public market trades shown on the Site (kept 1 to 24 hours); Cloudflare fetches public market data for our server. Neither receives your account details.
  • Neon: a nightly backup copy of the database, kept 7 days, reached only by our own servers.
  • PostHog: counts page visits and tool use as described in section 2 (page address, referring page, screen size and a random ID for the open tab).
  • Sentry: when a page or our server hits an error, the error message, the page address and your browser type are sent to Sentry so we can fix it. No wallet address or account details are sent.
  • Helius: access to the Solana network (RPC). By default your browser reaches it through our own server, so your browser does not contact Helius directly.
  • Pyth, Coinbase and CoinGecko: SOL price services that our server queries without any of your personal details.
  • Google Fonts: the Site loads its fonts from Google, so your browser contacts Google servers and Google can see your IP address.
  • Google Translate: if automatic translation is on, the text of the page is processed by Google in your browser and Google may set a cookie.
  • Your wallet provider, the Solana network and block explorers, X and Telegram: these are independent services that you choose to use and whose own policies apply.

7. International transfers.

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on the safeguards that our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses, for transfers of personal data.

8. Cookies and local storage.

We use only the following. None of them is used for advertising or tracking:

  • bo_session: a signed, secure sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 7 days. It is necessary for the Site to work when you sign in.
  • bo_ref: remembers a referral link for 30 days, so the person who invited you can be credited when you sign in.
  • googtrans: Google's translation cookie, used only when the page is translated, kept for up to a year.
  • Local storage in your browser: your theme choice (bigone.site.theme), your language choice (bigone.lang) and a note that you have already seen the quick links button open on its own (bigone.ql.seen). They stay on your device. Session storage (cleared when you close the tab): a random ID for that tab (bigone.tab), so page visits in one visit can be counted together.

9. Sharing.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers above, when the law or a valid legal request requires it, to protect the rights, safety and property of Big One and its community, to investigate abuse or fraud, and, if Big One is ever merged with or sold to another business, with that business under the same protection.

10. How long we keep it.

We keep your data while the airdrop, presale, rewards and ambassador program run, and afterwards for as long as we need it for records, security, dispute handling and legal reasons, or until you ask us to delete it where the law gives you that right. Some records, for example transaction records of rewards that were paid, may need to be kept longer. We cannot remove anything that is on the blockchain.

11. Security.

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your data. For example, the database is accessed only from our servers, your sign-in cookie is signed and cannot be read by scripts in your browser, our secret keys are stored as protected settings, and our network access key is kept on our server and not sent to your browser. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities where the law requires it.

12. Your rights and choices.

You can edit your email, X username (before you claim) and Telegram username in your profile at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy of it and to withdraw consent that you gave, and to complain to your data protection authority. To use these rights, contact us through our official X or Telegram channels. We may ask you to prove that the wallet is yours, for example by signing a message, before we act on a request, and we answer within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days. We may keep data that we need for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons, and we cannot change or delete data that is on the blockchain.

13. Automated decisions.

Parts of the Site work automatically, for example the airdrop limit, one claim per wallet and X username, reward calculation and the prize draw. These rules apply to everyone in the same way. Ambassador applications and content are reviewed by people. If you think that a result is wrong, contact us and we will look at it.

14. Children.

The Site is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18, and if we learn that we did, we will delete it.

15. Links to other sites.

The Site links to other websites and services, such as X, Telegram and block explorers. We do not control them and this policy does not cover them.

16. Changes to this policy.

We may update this policy at any time. The date at the top shows when the current version started. For a major change we will post a notice on the Site or on our official channels. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated policy.

Refund terms

These Refund terms explain what Big One ("we", "us") can and cannot refund on bigone.fun (the "Site"). They are part of our Terms of Service. Please read them before you buy in the presale or claim the airdrop.

The short version
  • Presale purchases are final. The $BIG is in your wallet the moment you pay, and blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
  • If a transaction fails or you cancel it in your wallet, you are not charged for the purchase, and nothing is delivered.
  • The claim fee, network fees and the token account deposit are not refundable.
  • If we made a mistake, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it.

1. What these terms cover.

These terms cover presale purchases, the airdrop claim fee, network fees, the one-time token account deposit, referral, holding and ambassador rewards, prize draw prizes and SOL Bound badges.

2. Presale purchases are final.

When you buy in the presale, your SOL is paid and the $BIG is sent to your wallet in the same transaction, instantly, and it is fully unlocked. Transactions on the blockchain cannot be reversed or cancelled by anyone, including us. Once a purchase is confirmed we cannot refund, cancel, exchange or reverse it, and there is no cooling-off period. This applies, for example, if you change your mind, chose the wrong amount, used the wrong wallet, or are unhappy about the price or the market.

3. If a transaction fails or you cancel it.

A purchase or a claim is one transaction, so either everything happens or nothing does. If the transaction fails, expires or you cancel it in your wallet, your SOL for the purchase is not sent and no $BIG is delivered. The Solana network may still keep its small network fee, which goes to the network and not to us. A price quote is locked for a few minutes, and after that you start a new purchase at the then-current SOL price.

4. If you paid but do not see your $BIG.

Sometimes a transaction is confirmed but your browser did not show it, for example because you closed the tab. The Site looks for such transactions by their reference and records them the next time you open the Site while signed in, so please check your profile and the presale page first. If your purchase is still missing, see section 8.

5. Claim fee, network fees and the token account deposit.

The airdrop claim fee (about $2, paid in SOL), network fees and the one-time deposit for your $BIG token account are not refundable. The claim fee protects the airdrop from bots and covers part of the cost of running it. The token account deposit is held by the Solana network and not by us. If you ever empty that account, you can close it in your wallet to get the deposit back.

6. Rewards, prizes and badges.

Referral commissions, holding rewards, ambassador rewards, prize draw prizes and SOL Bound badges cannot be refunded or reversed once they are sent. We may withhold or reverse rewards that were not earned under our Terms, for example because of abuse or a technical error.

7. Price, market, timing and project changes.

We do not refund because the price of $BIG goes up or down, because a target is not reached, because the listing takes longer than you expected or does not happen, because the presale is paused, closed or sold out, or because the platform or any feature is changed or delayed. $BIG is delivered to your wallet when you buy, so there is no unspent balance for us to return if the presale ends or the plan changes. Prices and targets are not promises.

8. Mistakes on our side.

If you believe that you were charged an amount different from the one shown, were charged twice, or did not receive the $BIG for a confirmed purchase, contact us within 14 days of the transaction. Send your wallet address and the transaction signature, and tell us what happened. If we find a mistake on our side, we will fix it by sending the missing $BIG or by returning the difference in SOL, based on the amount that was actually charged.

9. Scams and unauthorized transactions.

We can only help with transactions made through this Site. We cannot reverse a transaction that you approved on a fake site, in a fake chat or for someone who pretended to be us. Always check the web address, never share your seed phrase or private key, and only send funds to the wallets published on the presale page.

10. How to ask.

Contact us on our official X or Telegram channels and include your wallet address, the transaction signature, what you expected, what happened and, if possible, a screenshot. We review requests in the order that we receive them and reply on the same channel. Please do not send them to anyone who contacts you first, because we never DM first.

11. Your legal rights.

These terms do not take away rights that you have by law where you live and that cannot be waived.
